Intensive training in surefootedness and head for heights
Let a mountain professional show you important tips, tricks and exercises so that you will be more experienced and effective in the mountains in the future.
Training lasting several days! Sure-footedness is one of the elementary skills for all mountaineers, hikers and climbers. It is not only general safety that is important: those who have learned to place their feet consciously and evenly also save strength and nerves. In difficult terrain, easy rock or combined terrain, sure-footedness is essential. Let a mountain professional show you important tips, tricks and exercises during our intensive training so that you can be more experienced and effective in the mountains in the future.
A second important aspect for many mountain tours, such as for walking on black marked mountain trails, via ferrata and of course for all alpine climbing tours and many high altitude tours is the "freedom from giddiness". However, a head for heights is not a bad thing per se. Because caution and fear of a possible fall are better companions than arrogance and too much self-confidence. Your guide will help you with practical exercises and with assistance for situation analysis in mastering and correctly assessing exposed and exposed passages.

"Why wander far away when beauty is so close?
The Ammergau Alps between Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Füssen are an absolute gem.
Crossing it belongs on every hiker's bucket list. Why? Here you can experience Bavarian culture, ridges and peaks in a unique way.
The Vivalpin hike is anything but banal. Narrow, sometimes exposed paths and trails make the tour exciting and varied."
