If you are planning a crossing of the Alps, there are a few things to consider. You should be able to correctly assess the requirements and difficulties, be familiar with objective and subjective dangers and know your equipment.
An experienced mountain professional will tell you everything you need to know about preparation, the right way to pack your rucksack, food and drink, the special "hut life" and, of course, all the little tips and tricks to make your dream tour an unforgettable experience.
The strategies and techniques used by the proven expert are based on a wealth of experience from which you can learn a lot. 

Of course, you will have the opportunity to ask specific questions on all topics relating to mountaineering throughout the online training.

Program schedule: 1. the perfect preparation (20 min.) Experience reports from Thomas and Simon, conditional and technical requirements, own demands and performance, "The apps of the pros", reading analog and digital maps, DIN standard 33466 - the way time formula 2. „Not too much and not too little - what needs to be in the rucksack?“ - (20 min.) Well dressed across the Alps (merino or synthetic), the most important equipment, what awaits me at the bases? Save weight like the pros, pack your backpack correctly, "insider tips" from the pros 3. „Over the Alps” - equipment (10 min.) Food and drink, breaks and walking speed, danger spots, good and (hopefully little) bad weather, “NoGos” in the mountains 4. everything you also wanted to know (Q&A session)
