“I have always been fascinated by glaciers and their development. No wonder, because in my mountain home there are three glaciers that change year after year and whose development I have been following for many years. The traces left by the glaciers include everything from primary rock (which doesn't actually occur in the region) to thousands of years old fossils that make researchers' hearts beat faster."
