Intensive training with Vivalpin pro Theo Förster
Up to 9 via ferratas in one weekend? Hard to believe, but Theo makes it possible. Theo Förster is one of the most experienced state-certified mountain and ski guides in the Vivalpin team and has been an absolute fan of these modern via ferratas in the Rofan and Zillertal for 12 years.
On the first day, a selection (or all?) of the 5 summit via ferratas in the Rofan await you. They offer fantastic via ferrata climbing and increase from difficulty level B on the Haidachstellwand to C/D on the Rosskopf. During this weekend, you will of course improve your personal skills as well as your belay technique - after all, you should have fun on these unique via ferrata routes.
On the second day we will go to Mayrhofen in the Zillertal. Here you will climb via ferratas from C/D to D/E. There you can put what you have learned into practice and improve step by step.

Note on program changes:
All courses and guided tours are conscientiously organized and carried out in accordance with the safety standards of the Vivalpin Mountain and Ski School with qualified specialists (e.g. mountain and ski guides, mountain hiking guides, etc.). The provisional tour program may be adjusted for safety-related reasons, such as bad weather, dangerous conditions, unforeseen natural events or inadequate conditions of the participants. The final program will be decided by the guide on site.
You have already gained some experience in via ferrata or indoor climbing. You need a good physical condition for the via ferrata tours and up to 800 meters of ascent.
"In my opinion, the via ferratas in the Rofan and near Mayrhofen are among the best in the Northern Alps. They are extremely varied and perfect for my training."
