Dolomites Transalp
From the Pala over the Marmolata and Piz Boe to Canazei
Freeriding in the Dolomites and then also as a traverse? That sounds presumptuous. But thanks to the lifts and cable cars of Dolomiti Superski, this is one of the best high-alpine demanding ski traverses in the Alps. The ascents are surprisingly short and the descents long and exciting. You start with your guide directly at the foot of the Dolomite Matterhorn, the 3,184 m high Cimon della Pala, from here you follow the best (north) slopes one after the other. On the second day you are already on the highest Dolomite peak, the Marmolata, on the third on the 3,152 m high Piz Boe and have to decide whether to turn north into the Mittagstal or west into Val Lastis, always looking for the best snow and the best descent.
The ascents amount to a maximum of 1,000 meters in altitude, but the descents can be well double or triple that. So the total demand is not to be underestimated, especially since some very steep passages may also have to be mastered.
At all bases we have selected the best possible for you. Accommodation and lift are not included in the price!

Note on program changes:
All courses and guided tours are conscientiously organized and carried out in accordance with the safety standards of the Vivalpin Mountain and Ski School with qualified specialists (e.g. mountain and ski guides, mountain hiking guides, etc.). The provisional tour program may be adjusted for safety-related reasons, such as bad weather, dangerous conditions, unforeseen natural events or inadequate conditions of the participants. The final program will be decided by the guide on site.
You are a very good skier in any snow and any terrain. You also need stamina for up to 1,000 meters of ascent, sometimes in steep terrain and with hairpin turns.
"Freeriding in the world heritage! The crossing from south to north promises (logically) many descents in the north-facing steep cirques with often excellent snow conditions. My absolute tip for all enthusiastic skiers."
