New world train top
The freeride classic par excellence
The descent over the "New World" is unparalleled in the Alps and is only suitable for ski experts with strong nerves. You will need to assess your skiing skills carefully, as the 45° gradient in the exposed terrain requires not only excellent but also safe skiing technique. The rock bar with the vertical abseil section gives the tour a special alpine touch. However, this passage is not a particular challenge for you with a ski guide, as you are lowered 40 m down the rope from a good belay station.
A descent across the "New World" is more dependent on the conditions than almost any other tour. It is therefore a good idea to plan a time slot with your ski guide for a successful descent.
