Yoga meets mountains - retreat in the tranquil Tux Alps

Treat yourself to this wonderful experience in the natural surroundings of the Tyrolean mountains. Fantastic tours and special moments in the tranquillity of the Tux Alps await you. You start the day with a morning yoga session and a hearty, healthy breakfast in a mountain hut before you can harness the power and energy of nature on a summit tour. The technically easy hikes and ascents take you back to your roots, to what is really important and meaningful. We invite you to learn and perfect the refreshing techniques of Hatha and Yin Yoga. The magnificent surroundings in a peaceful, idyllic alpine landscape with scattered mountain lakes are perfect for a "time out" for body, mind and soul.

The base and starting point for Yoga meets Mountains is the Weidener hut at an altitude of 1,799 m. Will it be on the big, sunny terrace too cool, the day can be spent in the light-colored wood newly furnished restaurant end the day comfortably. For our yoga sessions we have a separate room at the hut where we can take care of body and mind undisturbed.
