Want to get started climbing outdoors next year? Or have you always wanted to try climbing and don't want to wait until summer? Then Vivalpin has the perfect solution for you! Our beginner's course in rope climbing in the hall in Ehrwald. Every Friday from 7:00 p.m.!

For climbing novices, beginners, boulderers, and anyone who wants to optimize their climbing and belaying techniques, a climbing course with Vivalpin is just the thing. You will learn and train in a relaxed atmosphere and in small groups. Your mountain guide will teach you the basics of rope and belaying techniques and, of course, the latest climbing techniques.

Do you already have some experience climbing indoors or outdoors and want to continue? We are happy to offer advanced courses for experienced climbers. Whether you are an individual, an event organizer, or a group, please contact our office. We are happy to help!

For all climbing courses, you will receive modern rental equipment from EDELRID.

Course content: Equipment know-how and getting to know the equipment, roping up, belaying with the latest EDELRID belay devices, first routes in toprope, lead climbing training and much more. 

Indoor climbing course - evening program
Meeting point, welcome by the guide and equipment check, equipment hire, training in the hall.   

Note on program changes: 

All courses and guided tours are conscientiously organized and carried out in accordance with the safety standards of the Vivalpin Mountain and Ski School with qualified specialists (e.g. mountain and ski guides, mountain hiking guides, etc.). The provisional tour program may be adjusted for safety-related reasons, such as bad weather, dangerous conditions, unforeseen natural events or inadequate conditions of the participants. The final program will be decided by the guide on site.

You don't need any specific prior knowledge for our indoor climbing courses. You need sporty clothing, motivation and fun for a 2-hour program. All equipment including climbing shoes is provided free of charge. For all course participants aged 15 and over.

1 or 2 days, 5-8 participants, intensive via ferrata training

In the popular courses, your mountain guide will prepare you to climb via ferratas of difficulty A-B/C (Level 1) and B/C-D (Level 2) on your own. You will learn the specific belay technique as well as the necessary climbing technique and get used to the exposure on the viae ferratae.

Via ferrata and climbing courses for families Alpspitze

1 day, 6-8 participants with children, for parents with children aged 10 and over

The aim of the family courses is for parents and children to learn the various climbing and safety techniques for easy climbing tours and via ferratas together. The selected course area is specially adapted to the specific requirements and makes climbing or via ferrata climbing fun and successful.

Climbing courses Alpspitze

1 or 2 days, 5-8 participants, ideal course terrain

The aim of the climbing courses is independent climbing on natural rock in difficulty levels III-V (level 1) and IV-VI (level 2). You will learn the specific safety techniques as well as the necessary climbing techniques and tactics in excellent course areas. Small groups per mountain guide.
