Hiking & Yoga - the perfect combination
Mountains - Hiking - Nature - Yoga: the ideal program to enjoy a really nice time out. Our mountain hiking guide and yoga teacher will lead you through the mountains in the Alpspitz and Zugspitz region and sweeten your days with energetic as well as gentle yoga sessions. Weather permitting, the yoga sessions will be held outside, with breathtaking views of the Wettersteig mountains and the Ammergau Alps. Give yourself a wonderful time.
Program and schedule

- 2 x overnight stays on the with DAV-Kreuzeckhaus
- 2 x rich breakfast

- 4 yoga sessions
Day 1: Meeting point at 9:45 a.m. at the Kreuzeckbahn valley station in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Afterwards joint hike to the Kreuzeckhaus (ascent 900 hm, walking time approx. 3 hrs.). Comfortable arrival at the Kreuzeckhaus and end of the day depending on your mood with another small round up there. Depending on the weather conditions yoga class at sunset and beautiful weather. Alternatively, in cooler conditions, the yoga class will be moved indoors to a room. Overnight stay at the Kreuzeckhaus.
2nd day: Start the day with a yoga session, depending on the weather outside on the terrace or indoors. Then approx. 5-hour hike in the Alpspitz area, yin yoga practice in the evening.
Day 3: Morning yoga session followed by a hiking tour. Intermediate storage of luggage at the Kreuzeckhaus, descent to the valley or descent with the Kreuzeckbahn in the late afternoon.
Program Change: All courses and guided tours are conscientiously organized and carried out according to the safety standards of the VIVALPIN Mountain and Ski School with qualified mountain guides. An adjustment of the proven tour program is possible for safety-related reasons such as bad weather, dangerous conditions or insufficient prerequisites of the participants: in. The decision for the final program is made by the mountain guide on site.
Up to 1.000Hm at Ascent, and 1.000Hm at Descent, condition for up to 5h hiking, surefootedness and head for heights required, private preparation tour with comparable altitude differences recommended.
