Our course formats at a glance
Choose the right workout for your goals:

  • Day courses: Compact introduction to the basics of rock climbing. Ideal for gaining initial experience in the 2023 renovated course area.
  • Weekend courses: Intensive training for more routine. In addition to climbing technique Meteorology, tour planning and mountain rescue techniques on the plan.

Find your level

Our courses have a modular structure and prepare you specifically for alpine challenges:

Course level Target difficulty level (rock)* Focus
Alpinkletterkurs Beginner III - V Basic techniques & basics
Alpinkletterkurs Advanced IV - VI Advanced securing & tactics
Multi-pitch Beginner III - V Alpine training & stand construction
Multi-pitch Advanced IV-VI Standplatzbau & Vorstieg
Trad Climbing ab IV Mobile Sicherungsmittel

* Note on the level of difficulty: The levels of difficulty mentioned are in no way comparable to those in the gym. Climbing on natural rock requires more caution and different tactics than in the climbing hall. An alpine IV can be more demanding than a VI in the gym, especially when leading.
