In the LOWA test centers you have the opportunity to test the hiking and outdoor shoes from the LOWA collection recommended by the LOWA mountain professionals free of charge and extensively. There is a wide selection of high-quality models for adults as well as for children. In 2020, a seventh test center was added to the 6 existing test centers in Germany, the LOWA Testcenter Grainau. And where better to test hiking boots than at the foot of the Zugspitze? A network of fantastic hiking trails and climbs spans the Zugspitze village of Grainau, including Germany's most famous mountain tour, the route through the Höllental valley to Germany's highest peak, the Zugspitze.

You can rent LOWA hiking and outdoor shoes free of charge at the Grainau test center and try them out to your heart's content. 

The test center Grainau is open on Monday and Saturday from 9:00 to 13:00, and Wednesday and Friday from 14:00 to 18:00.
